When you make the reservation of the Saphiro Apartments you accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy and the lease agreement is accepted.
§2
The reservation might be done by phone or e-mail. When you make the reservation, you will be charged advance payment 20% of the price. This amount is treated as our deposit and remaining part of the price is to be paid by cash when you arrive.
§3
Two methods of payment are accepted: bank transfer or cash. The remaining 80% of price is to be paid when receiving keys to the apartment.
§4
The arrival time should be confirmed with the person responsible for keys to the apartment. Checking and Checkout hours are 2 pm and 11 am. However when possible other hours could be agreed.
§5
Upon the request checking and checkout can be arranged between 22 PM and 7 AM however in such the case additional fee (30 zł) maybe charged.
§6
The client is required to provide information about number of gests. More then maximum number of people for each apartment is not allowed to stay in the apartment.
§7
The Client is required to inform the "Saphiro Apartments" of any changes in the schedule and travel plans. The change in the reservation dates are possible 14 days in advance. However we will make an effort to deal with any changes even in case of short notice. In such the case additional fee might be charged. However if we will not find replacement for you, the advance payment will not be refunded.
§8
The client is required to inform the Saphiro Apartemns by e-mail or phone if plan to come with the pets. There is no additional cost for the pets however client is responsible for any damages to the apartment done by the pets, and will be asked to cover any cost necessary to repair the damges.
§9
The Client is responsible for the apartment and apartment equipment for the whole period of stay. At the same time Client is responsible to obey building and community regulations, especially night time from 10 pm to 7 am.
§10
In the unlikely case of the disturbing night peace by the clients we are reserve the right to immediate canceling the lease agreement.
§11
The Client is responsible to leave apartment clean and inform the employee of any damages occurred during the stay.
§12
The "Saphiro Apartments" reserved the right to refuse the service to anybody under influence of alcohol, drugs or acting dangerously. In such cases advance payment will not be returned.
§13
Polish Civil Law is the right law between the "Saphiro Apartments" and the Client. We will do our best to solve any problems before going to the court. Appropriate court for any cases is the Court in Krakow, Poland.
Privacy Policy
§1
The "Saphiro Apartments" collects personal information when you register with the "Saphiro Apartments" and when you use the "Saphiro Apartments.
§2
When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, zip code, address, phone number.
§3
The "Saphiro Apartments" uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, to improve our services, to contact you if necessary.
